Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition and securely packaged. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and we will refund the money using the same payment method after inspecting the shipment.
Are some purchases final (non-refundable)?
Our products are manufactured after the order is placed, but they can still be returned within the legal period. If the product is damaged or used more than necessary to test it, the return may be refused. In the event of damage during transport, we will resolve the situation individually.
When will my order arrive?
Production usually takes 1-2 business days and delivery within the EU takes approximately 2-5 business days, and within the Czech Republic 1-2 days. After shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number. We ship from the Czech Republic.
Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture and assemble everything by hand in the Czech Republic, and each piece undergoes quality control.
How much does transportation cost?
Shipping in the Czech Republic costs 70 CZK and to all EU countries €25. The final price is always displayed in the cart before completing the order.
